Green peas - 2 cups
Maida - 2 cups
Maida - 1 cup
Ginger - 1 tbsp
Green chili - 2 chopped
Asafoetida - 1 pinch

Water - 1 cup

Method
1. First of all peel the peas and take them out in a bowl.
2. After this, sieve the flour and maida in a utensil.
3. Mix both the ingredients and add some oil and salt.
4. Add salt and oil and knead the dough by adding lukewarm water.
5. Knead the dough and keep it for 15-20 minutes.
6. Heat water in a vessel.
7. When the water starts heating up, add peas to it.
8. When the peas become soft after boiling, then filter the water with a sieve.
9. Put the peas in a mixer jar and add chopped green chilies and ginger.
10. Make a coarse paste by mixing all the ingredients.
11. Heat oil in a pan. Then add asafoetida and peas paste and fry.
12. After roasting the paste, turn off the gas. After this, keep the stuffing cool down.
13. Make balls of the prepared dough. Take out the balls and put stuffing in them.
14. Prepare Kachori from the remaining dough in the same way.
15. Heat oil in a pan. After heating, put a kachori in it and fry it.

17. Your delicious Matar Kachori is ready. Serve with green chutney.
