Breakfast Easy Recipe: Make Tasty Upma for breakfast, the taste will leave you licking your fingers!
Today we have brought some special breakfast recipes for you. You can make upma of semolina for breakfast. This is a very easy recipe. The people of your house will also like this breakfast of yours.
Semolina (Rava) – 1 cup
Rais – 1/2 tsp
Onion medium size – 2
Peanuts – 1/4 cup
White Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 8-9
Green chilies chopped – 4-5
Sugar – 1 T Chopped coriander
leaves – 2 tbsp
Grated dry coconut – 1/2 cup
Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
First of all, take semolina and put it in a pan, and fry it till it becomes golden brown.
After that take it out on a plate.
Now finely chop the coriander, green chilies, and onions.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.
When the oil becomes hot, add peanuts inside it and fry them and keep them aside in a bowl.
Now put urad dal in the remaining oil of the pan and fry it. After some time, put mustard seeds in it and after that add onions, chopped curry leaves, and green chilies and fry them.
After roasting well, add measured water to it and add sugar and salt as per your taste. When this mixture boils, turn off the gas.
Now add semolina to the pan mixture and mix it well. Keep in mind that there should be no knots in it. After this, turn on the gas again and roast the semolina well by keeping a medium flame.
After the upma is ready, turn off the gas.
Garnish it with green coriander and grated dry coconut.
