Banks in India will remain closed for at least 14 days in March 2024. These include public holidays, regional holidays, and regular closures on every second and fourth Saturday as well as all Sundays. 1 March: Chapchar Kut (Mizoram)

8 March: Mahashivratri (except Tripura, Mizoram, Tamil Nadu, Sikkim, Assam, Manipur, Itanagar, Rajasthan, Nagaland, West Bengal, New Delhi, Goa, Bihar, Meghalaya)

25 March: Holi ( (except Karnataka, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Manipur, Kerala, Nagaland, Bihar, Srinagar)

March 29: Good Friday (except Tripura, Assam, Rajasthan, Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh)
