Baked Mango Yoghurt Recipe: Make a Baked Mango Yoghurt recipe at home to cool in summer
Baked Mango Yoghurt is a healthy baked yogurt dessert that is great for any occasion.
You need a few simple things to make Bhapa Doi. Add mango, sugar, milk, corn, hung curd, and mango pulp in a bowl. Now add condensed milk and fresh cream to the rest of the ingredients. Using a whisk, whisk everything to prepare a mixture.
Now pour this mixture into a ramekin bowl. Place the ramekin bowl in a large cake tin or tray and cover the ramekin with aluminum foil. (You can also use any other microwave-safe bowl)
Fill the baked cake tin with water. Make sure the water level fills half the dish and is no higher than the ramekin bowl. Now bake it in preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes. After baking for 35 minutes, carefully take out the tin from the oven. Remove the aluminum foil.
Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours and then serve it cold. You can also decorate the dessert with some mango pieces.
