Giving information, the District Nodal Officer of Ayushman Bharat Yojana, Dr Hemant said that the campaign for making Ayushman cards will be started by the Health Department from September 13 and the target is to distribute Ayushman cards to 100 per cent of beneficiaries by December 31. 65 lakh people applied for Ayushman Bharat Yojana

From September 17 till now, 65 lakh people have applied to get an Ayushman Card. Their verification work was done. Out of this, Ayushman cards of 54 lakh people have been made. The total number of beneficiaries of this scheme in the state is 7.56 crore. Till now cards of 3.62 crore beneficiaries have been made. At present, Uttar Pradesh is in second place in terms of making cards for Ayushman Bharat Yojana beneficiaries. At present Madhya Pradesh is in first place by making cards of 3.69 crore beneficiaries.
