First of all contact the bank-
According to the rules of the Reserve Bank of India, if money gets stuck while withdrawing money from an ATM, then in such a situation the customer does not need to worry. In case of money being deducted from the account and cash not being received, the customer should first go to the nearest branch of his bank and inform the bank about the entire incident.

If you do not have time to go to the bank and give this information, then call the customer care number issued by the bank. Register information about this entire incident. After this, you will get your money back within 7 days.

Must keep ATM transaction slip-
While withdrawing money from an ATM, if money is withdrawn from your account and cash is not received, then there is no need to worry in such a situation. You can save the transaction slip from the ATM and keep it as evidence. If you have not received the ATM due to the end of sleep, then in such a situation go to the bank and get the bank transaction statement of the ATM transaction. This slip contains the information about the ATM machine which will be cross verified by the bank.

You will get the money back in 7 days-
According to RBI rules, if money has been deducted from your account but you have not received cash from the ATM machine, then in such a situation the bank returns the deducted money within 7 days. If the bank does not return the money within 7 days, the bank will have to pay a fine of Rs 100 per day.
