With the success of the Chandrayaan mission, the sting of Indians has started ringing all over the world. After this mission, ISRO has now announced another mission. Following Chandrayaan's success, Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) chief S Somnath on Wednesday announced that the Aditya L-1 mission to study the Sun will be launched in the first week of September. Aditya-L-1 will be ISRO's first space-based observatory to study the Sun.

After the success of the Chandrayaan mission, Somnath held a press conference and congratulated all the scientists and Indians. On this occasion, he outlined the progress of ISRO and also gave information about future missions. ISRO will now launch the Aditya L1 mission to study the Sun.

Somnath said Aditya L-1 mission will be launched soon to study the Sun. We are planning to launch this vehicle in the first week of September. Everything is going according to plan. The spacecraft will first enter Earth's elliptical orbit and from there move towards the Sun's L1 point. For this, the vehicle will take about 120 days.
