Ingredients to make Achari Aloo Tikka
Boiled potatoes

1/2 cup thick curd
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp finely chopped green chilies
1 tsp kasoori methi
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp mustard oil
1/2 lemon
1 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
Mustard oil

For pickle masala
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp fennel
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp cumin

How to make Achari Aloo Tikka
Peel the boiled potatoes. Embrace them with a fork.

Now in a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients.

  Take a pan and put achari masala in it.

Fry the spices till the aroma comes.

Now grind these spices and make their powder.

Add a pinch of fennel to it.

Add one tablespoon of achari masala to this tikka mixture.

Squeeze half a lemon and add finely chopped coriander to it.

Add boiled potatoes, and coat them well in the mixture.

Now toss the potatoes lightly.

Add chopped vegetables to the mixture.

Now set a lump of coal on fire.


Place a cup made of silver foil in the potato mixture. Keep burning coal in this cup.

Add one tsp mustard oil.

Cover the mixing bowl with silver foil for 10 minutes

Soak the bamboo skewer or stick in the water.

Take out the silver foil from the top of the mixing bowl.

Now take out the coal too.

Put the vegetables on the stick. And now grill it on an open flame.

Serve hot with sauce and dip.
