Aam Panna Recipe: As soon as the summer season starts, the mango season also starts. In such a situation, in summer, we want to eat and drink such things which can protect us from these hot winds and give coolness to our body from the inside. One of these drinks is aam ka panna. Mango Panna is such a drink that everyone likes to drink with great pleasure. You can make this slightly sour and salty drink at home very easily. So let us tell you the easy recipe to make aam panna at home.
Ingredients to make Aam Panna Ingredients:
Raw mangoes - 4
Roasted cumin powder - 2 tsp
Jaggery/sugar – 6 tbsp
Mint leaves - 1 tbsp
Black salt - 3 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1 pinch
Ice cubes - 4-5
salt - as per taste
Aam Panna Recipe:
To make Mango Panna, first, wash the mangoes with water and clean them thoroughly.
Now put all the mangoes in a pressure cooker, add some water to it, and turn on the gas.
Cook it till 4 whistles come.
After the whistle, turn off the gas and wait for the gas to come out of the cooker.
After the gas goes out, take out the mangoes from the cooker and keep them on a plate to cool down.
After the mango cools down, remove the peel and take out the pulp of the mango in a big utensil.
Now add water to this utensil and mix the pulp well.
After this add roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder, jaggery or sugar, black salt, and salt as per taste and mix well.
Now put this water in the mixer and blend it well.
Add water according to the test and put the emerald in a glass and put some ice cubes in it and let the emerald cool down.
Serve the mango panna after it cools down.
