2-2 cups millet flour and fenugreek
1½ cups wheat flour
Half a cup each of semolina and maize flour
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
half tsp cumin
1 cup sour curd
1 piece jaggery (grated)
salt to taste
2 green chilies (finely chopped)
1-inch piece of ginger (grated)
1/2 tsp red chili powder and turmeric powder
oil for frying
Sieve millet flour, wheat flour, semolina, and maize flour together.
Mix all the ingredients except oil for frying in it.
Knead by adding water as required. Keep the kneaded dough covered for half an hour.
Take small and thick balls and roll them. Fry in hot oil till golden.
Serve with tea.
