Amla 500 grams, Mustard oil 200 grams, Hink one-fourth teaspoon, Fenugreek seeds two teaspoons, Ajwain one teaspoon, Salt four teaspoons, Turmeric powder two teaspoons, Red chili powder, Yellow mustard four teaspoons, Fennel powder two teaspoons.

How to make Amla Pickle
To make a gooseberry pickle, first, wash and dry the gooseberry and wipe off the water. Place the gooseberry in a deep vessel. Boil it by adding about one and a half cups of water. When they are cooked, turn off the gas. After removing the water from the gooseberry, separate all the slices and remove the seeds.

Heat oil in a pan. When the oil becomes very hot, turn off the gas. Add asafoetida and fenugreek seeds to it. Add celery along with it. After roasting for a few seconds, grind turmeric powder, red chili powder, and yellow mustard lightly and put them in it. Add salt along with it. Now put all the slices of gooseberry in this spice.
