-3 sweet potatoes (roasted, peeled, and cut into pieces)
-2 tbsp ghee
-Half an onion (finely chopped)
-1-1 tsp red chili powder
-salt and lemon juice as per taste
-2-2 tsp green chutney, pomegranate seeds, and roasted peanuts
-a little coriander and mint
Heat ghee in a pan and fry the sweet potatoes till they turn golden.
Switch off the flame.
Add fried sweet potato, green chutney, onion, lemon juice, salt, and red chili powder to the bowl and toss.
Place sweet potato chaat in the dish.
Sprinkle pomegranate seeds, roasted peanuts, green coriander, and chaat masala for garnishing.
Serve by keeping mint leaves on top.
