Ingredients
2 cups turnip (cut into big cubes)

2-2 onions and tomatoes (cut into fine pieces)

2 tsp ginger-garlic paste

2 green chilies (chopped)

1 tsp coriander-cumin powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and red chili powder

1 cup water

2 tbsp butter/ oil

salt to taste

little coriander (chopped)

Method
Heat butter/oil in a pressure cooker, add green chilies and ginger-garlic paste, and fry.

Add onions and fry till they turn brown.

Add chopped tomatoes, salt, and all powdered spices, and turnip and mix well.

Add water as required and cook on high flame till 2 whistles.

Garnish with green coriander and serve.
