Studies have claimed that the best time to eat to reduce obesity is between 7 am and 3 pm. That is, it is a kind of intermittent fasting. In such a situation, if you want to reduce obesity, then do not eat anything at night. Or stop eating after 3 pm. To conduct the study, researchers asked some study participants to follow a strict diet plan for about 14 weeks. Apart from this, they were also asked to exercise for 150 minutes every week.


The study yielded startling results. Researchers found that participants who followed the diet plan lost 2.4 kg. Not only this, but the level of blood pressure also decreased in these people and their positive thoughts also started increasing. A key point of the study was that participants ate their last meal or dinner before 3 p.m. Meanwhile, two groups of participants received instructions from experts to follow a time-bound diet and were asked to follow it at least six days a week.
