Ingredients required to make Malai Paneer Korma:
-Paneer cut into cubes
-Two and a half teaspoon ghee
-Garlic
-Ginger
-Black pepper
-Salt
-Milk
-Mint leaves powder
-Water
-Chopped onions
-1/2 cup cashew paste
-Chopped green chilies
-black cardamom
-1 cup curd

How to make Malai Paneer Korma:

  • Heat oil in a pan, add onion, green chili, garlic, ginger, black cardamom, green cardamom and black pepper. Fry them till onions are well cooked. Then take out the onion and let it cool down and then grind it. Add powdered onion paste to the curd and mix it well to prepare a fine paste.
  • Now heat a pan and add onion curd paste in it. After this add cashew paste to it and mix it well. Now add a pinch of salt and mix it, cover it with a lid and let it cook for 10 minutes. After that add some water and milk to it.
  • Mix everything well. In the last add nutmeg powder and paneer and mix it well. Now let it cook for 10 minutes. Your Malai Paneer Korma is ready. On this you can serve garnished with mint leaves.
