Try setting a bedtime:

If you sleep a lot at times when you shouldn't, your daily sleep needs are met. Therefore, avoid sleeping during the day on weekends.

Get some power napping:

There are days when you feel very tired after the gym, work, or household chores, and your eyes are filled with sleep. Try smart napping on time and limit your sleep to 15-20 minutes, not more than that. This will help you to sleep well at night.


You should fight drowsiness after dinner:

Usually, when your stomach is full, your eyes are sleepy. But lying in bed right after dinner will store even more fat in your body, so you need to be more cautious about this. Try to stay awake for at least 45 minutes after having dinner.
