Utility: Good news for farmers! Government has this master plan to increase income!

There is news that the government is going to take a big step to increase the income of the farmers. A big announcement can be made in the budget regarding one district one product scheme.

According to sources, the government may make the districts export hubs for specific products. An incentive amount of about Rs 4000 crore can also be given.

Every district of the country can be encouraged to become an export hub. An incentive amount of Rs 4000 crore can be given for DEH (Districts as Export Hub).

The aim of the government to bring this scheme is to help the agricultural products of the central government. Apart from this, there are many other advantages. The commerce department is trying to create clusters under agriculture exports. The Ministry of Agriculture is also working on the same lines.

Those promoting the export of selected products may get incentives. Labs and infra development will get help for research and development.

Initially, there is a plan to make DEH in 50 districts as a pilot. Out of a total of 733 districts in the country, 570 districts will be developed as DEHs. Due to DEH, the One District One Product (ODOP) scheme will get a boost.
