Tour Package: IRCTC to run Navratri special train for Vaishno Devi, you can pay in EMI!

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has announced that the 'Navratri Special Tourist Train' will be started on 30th September for Mata Vaishno Devi, Katra, Jammu, and Kashmir under Bharat Gaurav Rake.

In view of the success of Ramayana Circuit run by IRCTC Limited in June 2022, a new field trip has been announced.

This special tourist train will take the devotees on a journey of four nights and five days. It will start from Delhi Safdarjung Railway Station with 11 dedicated 3-tier AC coaches that can accommodate a total of 600 tourists in a given departure.

Tourists can board and deboard the train at Delhi, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Saharanpur, Ambala, Sirhind, and Ludhiana.

1) Single Share: ₹13,790

2) Double/Triple Share: ₹11,990

3) Child (5-11 years): ₹10,795

EMI Payment Option

for Ticket Purchase

Users can avail EMI payment option to buy tickets and break the payment into EMIs of 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, or 24 months. These EMI payment options can be done through a Debit/Credit card. According to news agency ANI, on the basis of the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, Government / PSU employees can avail LTC facility on this tour as per eligibility.

In an official statement, IRCTC CPRO Anand Kumar Jha provided information about this new train and said that it is an all-inclusive package that covers train travel in Third AC, a night's stay in AC hotels, meals (vegetarian only), Transfers in buses, and sightseeing travel insurance and services of a guide, etc. will cover all. ,

He said that during the tour all necessary health precautionary measures would be taken care of by providing safe and sound travel and the staff would be thoroughly screened and the kitchen would be sanitized after each meal service. COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory for all guests aged 18 years and above.

Every year, lakhs of devotees plan to visit this temple located in Jammu and Kashmir. Availability of confirmed trains has always been a challenge during this period due to heavy congestion in this sector. Considering the huge demand, IRCTC has decided to launch this package for the convenience of the pilgrims during this crucial time of Navratri.
