Ingredients of Kashmiri Halwa
1 cup oats, cup sugar, 2 cups milk, desi ghee, green cardamom powder, saffron, cashew nuts, almonds and raisins

How to make Kashmiri Halwa
Step 1- Heat ghee in a nonstick pan and fry the oats on low flame till the color changes.
Step 2- Boil milk and sugar in a pan. When the milk boils completely, add fried oats to it and keep stirring it continuously.
Step 3- Now add cardamom powder and one spoon of ghee in this mixture.
Step 4- Now mix saffron in the halwa and stir it till the difference in its color is visible.
Step 5- Now turn off the gas and take off the pudding. Garnish with fried cashew nuts and raisins on top.
Kashmiri Halwa is ready, serve hot.

Ingredients of Kesari Shrikhand
A little saffron, a cup of cold milk, 500 grams of curd, sugar powder, cardamom powder, dry fruits for garnishing

Kesari Shrikhand Recipe
Step 1- Soak saffron in milk for a few hours.
Step 2- Now mix curd, powdered sugar, cardamom powder and saffron milk well.
Step 3- Shrikhand is ready. Take it out in a serving bowl and garnish with dry fruits.
Step 4- Keep it in the fridge to cool down. Serve later.

Ingredients for making Date Barfi
400 grams of dates, chopped almonds, dried grapes, poppy seeds, grated coconut, cardamom powder, desi ghee.


Dates Barfi Recipe
Step 1- Roast the poppy seeds in a pan on low flame. Grind the dates in a mixer.
Step 2- Now fry all the dry fruits on low flame till golden brown.
Step 3- Mix grated coconut and cardamom powder in dry fruits.
Step 4- Lastly, put the ground dates in it and cook for two-three minutes, mixing it well.
Step 5- Take out this mixture in a tray and spread it. Now cut the square and sprinkle roasted poppy seeds on top.

Date barfi is ready. Serve after cooling down for some time.
