How to make dumplings from lentils
-Put the remaining dal in a mixer and grind it. Add gram flour, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder to this dal and blend it well. Add little water and prepare a thick batter. Now take out this solution from the jar of the mixer and transfer it to a bowl.

-Now mix ginger, green chili, onion, coriander leaves in this thick solution. Now take bread and cut it into triangular shape. If you want, cut the bread slices into two or four pieces. Now heat a pan and add oil to it. When the oil becomes hot, dip the bread in the batter of lentils and put it in the hot oil. Fry them till they become golden. Take out from the oil and dry the extra oil of these pakoras on a tissue paper.
