How to make Paneer Kathi Roll
-Put one spoon of oil in a pan and heat it. Now crackle cumin seeds in this hot oil, add mustard seeds, green chilies, asafoetida. When everything crackles, add finely chopped onion and stir it. When the onion changes color slightly, add chopped capsicum to it. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder together. Mix all these well and keep stirring it on high flame only. Cook it by stirring it with the help of a ladle for two to three minutes.

-When the capsicum is slightly cooked, add small pieces of paneer to it. Cook all the vegetables on high flame only. So that they do not melt. Add coriander leaves and stir and switch off the gas. Lastly, add curd and ketchup to it. Mix all these well.

-Now take the prepared roti and place a mixture of prepared paneer and capsicum in it. Apply a little ketchup on the roti from above and roll this roti well. Paneer Kathi Roll is ready. Just pack it in tiffin if you want. Or serve on a plate.
