Step 1- To make Gujarati Style Kachori, first prepare roasted gram flour by frying the gram flour on low flame.
Step 2- Now take out the roasted gram flour in a vessel and prepare the stuffing by mixing a pinch of asafoetida, sugar, garam masala, turmeric, mango, salt, oil, fennel and red chili powder in it.
Step 3- Now add little salt, oil to the flour and knead the dough. Keep the dough covered for some time.
Step 4- Now make small balls of the dough.
Step 5- Make laddus by filling the pre-prepared gram flour stuffing in the dough and then roll them and roll them into kachori.
