Ingredients for Moong Dal Pancakes
One cup of moong dal, water as required, green chili, ginger, finely chopped one inch piece, cumin, salt, as per taste, butter.
For the mixture of paneer, you will need a cup of grated cheese, tomato finely chopped, onion finely chopped, capsicum finely chopped, coriander leaves finely chopped, salt as per taste, red chili powder, chaat masala.

How to make Moong Dal Pan Cake
-To make moong dal pancake, first wash and soak moong dal for four to five hours. When it swells well, filter the water and keep it. Then put it in a mixer jar. Now grind this moong with green chili, cumin, salt, ginger and water. Keep this batter neither too thick nor too thin.

-To make paneer mixture, take grated paneer in a vessel. Mix together chopped tomatoes, onions, capsicum and coriander leaves. Then add salt, red chili powder and chaat masala to it.

-Now heat the pan and pour ghee on it. Pour moong dal batter according to the quantity of pancakes on this hot pan. Put a few drops of ghee on it as well. Now pour the cheese mixture over this pancake and press it lightly with the help of a ladle. Cook it for two to three minutes on medium heat. Cook slowly by turning the other side as well. When cooked from both the sides, take them out in a plate. The pancake made of moong dal is ready. Serve it in tiffin with ketchup
