- 50 grams flour
- 25 grams ghee
- half teaspoon cumin
- half teaspoon salt
- Half teaspoon red chili powder
Method Of Making:
-In a bowl, add flour, salt, red chili and cumin and mix.
-Put half a spoon of ghee inside it and stir it well.
- As much as we have taken all purpose flour, we will prepare the dough by adding the same amount of water to these mixtures.
-Now leave the prepared dough covered for 10 minutes.
-Now make a dough of dough and roll it with the help of flour dough.
-Roll it in a size slightly larger than the roti and spread the remaining ghee on top.
-Remember, the ghee should neither melt too much nor be too hard.
-Sprinkle light ajwain on top.
-Now rolling it from one corner and folding it.
