In sweet, you can make delicious dry fruit kheer, here is the recipe for making dry fruit kheer.

Ingredients for Dry Fruit Kheer
Two liters of milk, a cup of milk powder, a tablespoon of ghee, half a cup of sugar, a cup of cashew, half a cup of almonds, two teaspoons of raisins, a little pistachio, a teaspoon of chironji, a pinch of saffron, a pinch of cardamom powder.


Dry Fruit Kheer Recipe
Step 1- Dry roast cashews and almonds in a pan till they become slightly crunchy.

Step 2- After that, cool it and grind it in the grinder.

Step 3- Now heat ghee in a pan, add milk powder and 3/4 cup milk, and cook it on low flame.

Step 4- Keep stirring the milk in between. When the milk starts drying then understand that your mawa is ready.

Step 5- Now mix the remaining milk and saffron in a pan and heat it till it comes to a boil. Then add crushed dry fruits.

Step 6- Cook for about 7-8 minutes on low flame and then mix the prepared mawa in the milk.

Step 7- Now add sugar and let the milk thicken on low flame.


Step 8- Add ghee to a pan till then heat it. Then add cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, and chironji and roast till it becomes crunchy.

Step 9- Add roasted dry fruits till the kheer starts turning creamy add cardamom powder and cook covered for some time.

Your dry fruit kheer is ready.
