How to make-

  •  To make American Corn Chaat, first of all, soak sweet corn in a vessel for 2 hours. 
  • After this, put it in the cooker along with water and add salt and cook on low flame for about 15 to 20 minutes. 
  • After this, heat 1 teaspoon butter in a pan and then add chopped onion and tomato and fry it lightly. 
  • Now add boiled sweet corn to it and mix it well. Then put all the spices in it.
  • After adding all the spices, cook the corn chaat on low flame for 5 minutes. When the spices are roasted, switch off the gas. 
  • Now pour 2 spoons of tamarind water from above and take it out in a plate. Then add lemon juice and serve hot.
