Ingredients
For covering

1 cup nachni flour

salt to taste

water as required

ghee for roasting

For stuffing

½ cup carrots (grated) and paneer (mashed)

2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)

salt to taste

2 green chilies (chopped)

Mix everything.

Method
To make the covering, mix all the ingredients except ghee and knead it.

Take the dough and make 1 tbsp of stuffing and roll it out.

Apply ghee on a nonstick pan and bake it from both sides.

Serve with curd pickle or tea.
