Ten to twelve thick chilies, half teaspoon dry mango powder, salt as per taste, one cup gram flour, one teaspoon red chili powder, one teaspoon coriander powder, and two teaspoons ghee.


How to make Stuffed Red Chili
First, wash and clean the thick chilies thoroughly. Then tear all these chilies lengthwise. So that there is a place to fill the filling inside them. Now heat ghee in a pan. When the ghee becomes hot, then fry the gram flour in it. When the gram flour becomes light golden in color, add coriander powder, red chili powder, mango powder, and salt as per taste. Mix all these and fry well. Now take the pan off the flame and keep it aside. So that the spices cool down.


When this spice mixture cools down, stuff these spices inside the red chili. Heat oil in a pan. Then fry the red chili stuffed with spices in it. Simply ready, red chili pickles filled with gram flour, serve them with parathas. This red chili pickle does not spoil for many days. If you want, you can store it in the fridge.
