1 cup spinach (finely chopped)
1 cup wheat flour
Half cup gram flour and semolina
3 tsp ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder and baking soda
2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
1 tsp cumin
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp lemon juice
water as required
Mix all the ingredients and knead them.
Take the dough with greased hands and make medium size vadas.
Place the vadas on a greased plate and cook in steam for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with green chutney.
