South Indian Flavor: Make Tasty Curd Rice for dinner, very easy to make, know here...


Let's try something new for lunch or dinner today i.e. Delicious South Indian Flavor Tasty Curd Rice:

2 cups basmati rice (cooked)
1 cup curd
1/4 cup milk
a piece of ginger (grated)
1-1 tbsp gram dal and urad dal
1 tsp mustard
1 green chili (finely chopped)

a piece of ginger (grated)
2 whole red chilies
salt to taste
few curry leaves
cup pomegranate seeds
1 tbsp oil
chopped coriander leaves


-Mix cooked rice, curd, milk, and salt in a bowl.

-Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger, and whole red chilies, and fry them.

-When mustard seeds crackle, add green chilies, gram dal, and urad dal and fry till golden brown.

-Mix this curd in the curd rice. Garnish with green coriander and pomegranate seeds.

-Serve cold as desired.
