Poonam ji says, 'After the age of 30 to 35 years, major changes are seen in the skin, there are many reasons for this. Although these changes cannot be stopped, their effects can be reduced. You will find such food items in the kitchen of our house, which can give you youthful looks.

Aloe vera gel 

Aloe vera plant is in everyone's house. You can extract the gel from this plant and use it. Poonam ji tells about its benefits and uses- 

  1. Aloe vera gel can reduce fine lines and wrinkles. 
  2. Aloe vera gel repairs damaged skin cells. That's why you use it before sleeping at night. 
  3. Aloe vera gel boosts collagen keeping the skin youthful.

Use like this- 


  • 1 tsp aloe vera gel 
  • 1 tsp raw milk 
  • 5 drops of lemon juice 

How to use-

Mix aloe vera gel, raw milk and lemon juice and apply on the face. You keep it on the skin overnight. Do this regularly you will see good results. 

Caution- Never use aloe vera gel directly on the skin. You can also apply it by mixing it with rose water.  

Vitamin C rich fruits 

You will find many types of fruits containing Vitamin C in the market. Nevertheless, lemon, orange, pomegranate and pineapple are some of the anti-ageing fruits. You can also apply them on the skin along with food. Poonam ji says in this subject, 'Vitamin-C rich fruits improve your dry skin and make it wrinkle-free. Pomegranate also contains Vitamin E and A, both of which are also very beneficial for the skin. ,

How to use it- 


  • 1 tsp pomegranate juice 
  • 1/2 tsp rose water 
  • 5 drops of lemon juice 

How to use -

Mix pomegranate juice, rose water and lemon juice and then apply it to the face. Massage lightly and wash the face with water after 20 to 30 minutes. If you follow this home remedy regularly then you will get good results. 

Caution- One should not sleep with pomegranate juice on the face overnight. 

Egg White 

You can also apply the white part of the egg to the face. It contains protein, magnesium and potassium. Egg white keeps skin youthful, wrinkled free and hydrated. This stimulates the growth of your facial tissues and tightens the skin. 

How to use it


  • 1 tsp egg white 
  • 1 teaspoon rose water 

How to use-

Mix rose water in egg white and apply as a face mask. Wash the face with water after 15 to 20 minutes. If you use this homemade face mask even twice a week, you will benefit greatly. 

Caution- Do not wash the face with hot water after applying the egg on the face, by doing so the smell of the egg will start coming from the face.
