-Thick vermicelli - 1 cup
-Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
-Chana dal - 1 tsp
-Urad dal - 1 tsp
-Chopped Onion - 1 big size
-Curry leaves - 8 to 10
-Green chilies - 2 to 3 finely chopped
-Carrot - 2 tbsp finely chopped
-Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
-Finely chopped coriander - 2 tbsp
-Tomato - 1 big size finely chopped
-Peas - 4 to 5 tbsp
-salt - as per taste
-Oil or Ghee - 2 tbsp
-Water - 1 to one and a half cup
-First of all, roast the vermicelli in a pan on medium flame. When the vermicelli is roasted well, take it out on a plate.
-After this, put a pan and heat some ghee in it. After this, add mustard seeds, green chillies, onions and curry leaves and fry till it changes color.
-Now add all types of pulses in it and fry it a little.
-After this, put all the vegetables and tomatoes in it and cook it for some time.
-Now sprinkle some salt and turmeric powder in it.
-When the vegetables are cooked well, add vermicelli and fry it for 1 minute.
-After that, add water according to your need.
-When the water in the vermicelli dries up well, mix it well.
-After cooking the vermicelli, turn off the gas and take it off the flame. Now serve by sprinkling coriander leaves on it.
