How to make

  • First of all, soak the gram in water overnight. You can put baking soda in it. 
  • After this, put the gram in the cooker by adding rock salt and keep it to a boil and then turn off the gas. 
  • Now put ghee in the pan and then add the tempering of cumin and kasoori fenugreek. 
  • When the tempering is well done, then add chopped green chillies to it.
  • Then add gram, spices and fry for some time. 
  • Just take it out in a bowl and serve it hot with coriander leaves.

How to make -

Step 1
