One glass of cow's milk, one glass of curd, one spoon of cow's ghee, three spoons of honey, sugar candy or sugar as per taste, ten basil leaves, ten to fifteen makhanas cut, cashews cut four to five, almonds cut into five Chironji, ten grams, finely chopped.
