Ingredients Required :

Sabudana - 1 cup

Milk - 1/2 liter

Sugar - 1 tbsp

Fruits - as needed (chopped)

Cream - 1 cup


Cherry - as needed

For Garnish:

Rose Petals

saffron threads

Dry Fruits

Pomegranate seeds


Method of preparation:

Wash and soak most sabudana in water for 4-5 hours.

Now add milk to the pan and boil it on medium flame.

When the milk boils, filter the water from the sago in it and keep stirring continuously.

When the milk thickens, add sugar to it and take it off the flame and let it cool down.

Now mix the fruits and cream in it and keep it in the fridge to cool.

Now take out the rabri in a glass or bowl and serve garnished with pomegranate seeds, cherries, rose petals, and saffron threads.
