Necessary ingredients
-Sabudana - 1 cup
-Milk - 1 liter
-Sugar - 4 tbsp
-Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
-Condensed milk - 4 tbsp
-Cashew nuts - 10
-Almonds - 10
-Pistachios - 10

Method Of Making

  • To make Sabudana Kheer, first put milk in a vessel and keep it on the gas on medium flame to heat it.
  • When the milk comes to a boil, add some water to it and wait for another boil.
  • After this, add cardamom powder and chopped cashews, almonds and pistachios to the milk and let it cook for 7-8 minutes.
  • In the meantime, clean and wash the sago with water. After that add sago in the milk.
  • Now let the sabudana kheer cook on low flame.
  • Add condensed milk to the kheer for some time. This will enhance the taste of the kheer.
  • Keep boiling the kheer till the sabudana is well puffed.
  • Meanwhile, add sugar to the kheer. When the sabudana swells well, then turn off the gas.
  • Your Fruity Sabudana Kheer is ready. Serve it garnished with dry fruits. If you want, you can eat it even after cooling it in the fridge.
