SSC Recruitment 2022: Thousands of jobs in central ministries and departments for the 10th pass, apply till 30 April


SSC Recruitment 2022: If you are 10th pass and want to do a government job in central government departments, then you can apply for the SSC MTS exam by 30 April 2022. 3603 posts of Havildar have also been added to this exam.

SSC Recruitment 2022: One of the best options for government jobs for the 10th pass is the Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) exam conducted every year by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). Through this examination, eligible candidates are selected for recruitment to the posts of MTS in various central government ministries and their department's offices located across the country. For the year 2021 MTS exam, SSC has released the notification on 22nd March 2022 to apply online and the last date of application is 30th April 2022.

Candidates should note that this time through the MTS exam SSC has also announced to conduct additional recruitment process for 3603 Havildar posts in CBIC and CBN. However, the MTS vacancies are not yet announced by the commission, which is drawn in thousands every year. More than 3900 posts were advertised for MTS Exam 2020, and more than 7000 posts were advertised for 2019.

Where and how to apply?

Interested and eligible candidates can apply for SSC MTS Exam 2021 by visiting the official website of the Staff Selection Commission, As part of the application process, candidates will have to register first and by logging in through the registered details, candidates will be able to submit their application. After this, candidates will be able to make any amendments to their MTS Recruitment 2022 application from 5 to 9 May 2022.

Eligibility Criteria for SSC MTS Recruitment

According to the MTS and Havildar Combined Recruitment Exam notification released by SSC, the candidates interested to apply should have passed the 10th examination from a recognized board. Also, the age of the candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 25 years as of 1st January 2022. However, for some posts, the upper age limit is fixed at 27 years and there is a provision for relaxation in the upper age limit for reserved categories.
