Simply add about 5-8 drops of rosemary oil to your shampoo and apply it to your scalp and massage it well for 2-3 minutes. Since it doesn't contain as much fat as other oils, adding it to your shampoo doesn't make your hair look flat.

Hair rinse with rosemary tea

Try adopting this method to get maximum hair benefits from rosemary. For this, you must first prepare rosemary tea after that let it cool down. Now after washing the hair, use it for the last rinse. This method will not only help in hair growth, but it will also benefit the scalp. Rosemary also has anti-bacterial and antifungal properties that help soothe the scalp.

Drink rosemary tea

Some women apply rosemary only to the hair, but drinking its tea is equally beneficial. It benefits hair health from within. To make rosemary tea, add some rosemary to a cup or two of water and let it boil. After about 3-5 minutes, reduce the flame to low and let it boil. Now you can filter it and consume it. It is rich in ursolic acid which helps in increasing the blood circulation in the scalp. Plus, it helps reduce scalp irritation and prevent hair loss, thereby promoting hair growth.
