Magh month will start from January 2023. Sakat Chaturthi fast is observed on Chaturthi Tithi of Krishna Paksha. It is also called Sankashti, Maghi Chaturthi, Tilkuta Chauth.

People are confused about the date of Sakat Chauth. According to the Panchang, the date is from noon on January 10 till 2:31 pm the next day.

There is a ritual of worshiping the moon on Sakat Chaturthi, so observe Sakat Chauth fast on 10th January.
