Recipe- You should offer potato pudding to Lord Shiva, it will be ready in minutes!
The month of Sawan is going on and during this time devotees observe fast and worship to please Lord Shiva. Various types of Prasad are also offered to Shiva and that is why we are going to tell you about the recipe of Aloo Halwa.
- 500 grams of boiled potatoes
- 4-5 tbsp Desi Ghee
- 1 cup of Sugar
- Dry coconut grated
- Chopped dry fruits (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
- 10-15 raisins
Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl.
After this, you have to heat ghee in a nonstick pan and after that put mashed potatoes in it and cook it on medium flame.
Keep stirring the potatoes continuously so that they do not stick to the pan.
When the potato starts leaving ghee, then you have to add sugar inside it.
Keep stirring the potatoes continuously until the sugar dissolves completely.
After this, add raisins and dry fruits inside it and cook for 5 minutes more.
- Switch off the gas and put it in a plate or bowl and serve hot after sprinkling grated coconut on it.
You can garnish it with the dry fruits of your choice.
