You must have eaten papad many times till today but have you ever eaten papad chutney? It is very tasty. So let's know how you can make it.

Ingredients

4 moong dal papad

1 tsp cumin, 

1/4 tsp red chili powder

1/4 tsp chaat masala

1 tbsp oil

salt to taste

Method

- To make papad chutney, first, roast the papad on the gas on both sides.

After baking, crush the papad and keep it on a plate.

After this, heat the oil in a pan on medium heat.

Add cumin seeds to the oil and fry till they crackle.

Then lower the flame and put the crushed papad in it and stir 1 to 2 times with a ladle.

Now add red chili powder, chaat masala, and salt and mix.

Cook, it covered for 1 minute, and turn off the flame.

Take out the prepared papad chutney on a bowl or plate.

Eat and feed it with roti.
