You must have eaten milk rice kheer to date, but today we have brought the recipe for paneer kheer for you. It is very tasty to eat, so if you also want to try something new, then you should try Paneer Kheer.


2 cups milk full-fat whole milk

100 grams of condensed milk

½ cup cottage cheese/paneer crumbled, 

50 grams chhana or

8-10 threads of saffron

1 tbsp sugar

3 to 4 green cardamom

3 tbsp mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, walnuts ) chopped



Pour milk into a thick bottom vessel and boil it on low flame.

When the milk starts boiling, lower the flame and cook till the milk thickens.

Crumble the paneer and keep it aside.

Now add condensed milk and one tablespoon of sugar to the condensed milk.

At this stage add crumbled paneer and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes. Keep stirring the milk to prevent it from burning at the bottom.

At last, add crushed cardamom and baby rasgulla and turn off the flame.

Serve this paneer kheer hot or cold as per your choice. We usually chill it in the fridge for 30-40 minutes and serve it garnished with saffron threads and chopped nuts.
