Namkeen is very much liked in snacks with tea. In such a situation, spicy potato sev is a great option. If you want, instead of bringing it from the market, you can easily make it at home. We have brought this recipe for you today. So let's know about the recipe of making it.


Necessary Ingredients

- 2 Potatoes (boiled and mashed)

- 1/4 cup Rice flour

- 1 cup Gram flour

- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

- 1 tsp Red chilli powder

- tsp Cumin powder

- tsp Amchur powder

- tsp Garam masala powder

- 1 tsp chaat masala

- salt as per taste

- oil (for frying)

- 2 tsp oil (for moyan)



Mix all the ingredients except oil for frying.

Knead a soft dough by adding water as required.

Heat oil in a pan. Put the kneaded gram flour in a greased sev maker and pour hot oil into the sev.

Fry on low flame till golden and crisp.

Take out on tissue paper.

When it cools down, finely break the sev with your hands.

Serve crunchy sev with tea.
