4 tbsp Pistachios (finely chopped)

6 tbsp sugar

4 tbsp rice (ground)

Pinch of saffron

1 tbsp cardamom powder

3 cups milk

Method

To make Kesar Pista Phirni, you have to put rice in a bowl and soak it for 10 minutes. Along with this, put milk in a pan on medium flame and keep it boiling. As soon as the milk starts boiling, add rice to it and mix it well while stirring with a ladle. Cook it till the rice becomes soft. Along with this, add pistachios, cardamom powder, and sugar as soon as the rice is cooked and keep stirring it. Now take it out in a bowl and put saffron on top. Your Kesar Pista Phirni is ready.
