Ingredients required:

- 1 kg small brinjal

- 1 tsp cumin

- 1 tsp fenugreek seeds

- 20 curry leaves

- 1 tsp turmeric

- 1 tsp red chili powder

- 2 tsp cumin

- half cup - of groundnut and onion paste

- 4 tsp whole coriander

- 2 tbsp tamarind pulp

- 2 tsp sesame 

- green chili

- oil

- salt

Method of preparation:

First of all, cut the brinjal and soak it in salt water.

Now heat oil in a pan and prepare spices by adding cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, sesame seeds, curry leaves, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. 

Now add eggplant to this spice and cook it for ten minutes. 

Now heat oil in a pan, add ground spices, and cook it for five minutes. 

Now add tamarind pulp, green chili, and fresh green coriander in it. 

After a while, put the eggplant in it and cook it for 15 minutes. 

In this way your delicious Hyderabadi brinjal is ready.
