Ingredients required:
Gourd - Half
Peanut - One tablespoon
Ginger - Half teaspoon
Olive oil - Half teaspoon
Rajgira flour - Half tablespoon
Black pepper powder - Half pinch
rock salt - As per taste
Mint leaves - Three
green chilies - Half
Make it this way:
First of all put gourd pieces, chopped green chilies, ginger, rock salt, and roasted peanuts in the cooker.
Now put water in the cooker and apply 2 whistles.
Now heat olive oil in a pan and fry Rajgira flour in it.
Now put this flour in the gourd soup and mix it with the help of a blender.
Now add mint and black pepper powder to it and cook for five minutes.
