Recipe Tips: The taste of dosa will increase with this chutney, make it yourself
- Four roasted peeled red capsicum
- Sesame seeds
- Two teaspoons Urad Dal
- Two teaspoons of Chana Dal
- Half cup grated coconut
- Two tablespoons of sesame oil
- Roasted peanuts
- Four dry red chilies
- A pinch of asafoetida
- One and a half cup water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Salt as per taste
- Curry leaves
- 1 tsp Tamarind pulp
You can make it this way:
First of all, heat oil in a pan and fry urad and chana dal in it.
Now roast sesame seeds in it. Later crackle dry red chilies, curry leaves, and asafoetida in it.
Now add capsicum and salt and cook for five minutes.
Now cook coconut and tamarind pulp in it.
Now add roasted peanuts and sugar to it.
After it cools down, grind it in a mixer.
Now heat oil in a pan and apply to temper of mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Now add this tadka to the chutney.
