Essential ingredients: 

- Ten raw bananas

- Rock salt as required

- Black pepper powder as required

- Desi ghee as required

- Dry mango powder five pinches 

Make it this way: 

First of all, peel off the banana and add rock salt to it. 

Now cut these bananas into thin slices with a knife and put them in water. 

Take them out of the water after 15 minutes and spread them on a clean cotton cloth. 

Now heat the pan ghee and fry the banana chips in it till it becomes crispy.

Now take them out on a plate and add black pepper powder, rock salt, and mango powder to them.
