Essential ingredients:

Paneer - Six hundred grams

capsicum - Four

onions - Four

garam masala - One teaspoon

coriander powder - Two tablespoon

tomato - Six ground

ginger-garlic paste - Two tablespoon

pav bhaji masala - Four teaspoon

refined oil - Eight tablespoon

curd - Two

bowls Ajwain - One tsp

Chilli powder - Two tsp

Turmeric powder - One tsp

Chaat masala - One tsp


Cumin powder - Two tsp

Coriander leaves - One cup

Method of preparation:

First of all, put curd in a big bowl and add turmeric, coriander, cumin powder, chaat masala, carom seeds, chilies, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, and salt.

Now put cheese in this mixture and cover it.

After an hour, heat the oil on the pan and bake the marinated paneer properly from all sides.

Now heat the oil in a pan and cook the onion till it turns golden brown.

Now put capsicum in it too.

After 5 minutes, add tomato paste, turmeric, salt, and pav bhaji masala to it.

When the masala starts leaving oil, add paneer to it.

At last, garnish it with green coriander.

In this way, your Tawa Paneer's delicious vegetable is prepared.
