Recipe Tips: Sindhi Koki Dish is very tasty, and can be tasted in breakfast

Ingredients Required: 

  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  • Chilli - 1 Green
  • Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin - 1/4 tsp
  • Green Coriander - 2 tsp 
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Refined oil


Method of preparation- 

First of all, put flour in a vessel and mix black pepper powder, green chili, cumin, green coriander, and salt in it. 

Now add 2-3 spoons of oil and knead it with the help of water. 

Make the dough in the shape of a tikki and roast it in the pan. 

After this, take the dough off the pan and roll it like a roti. 

Apply oil on both sides and bake it till it becomes golden. 

In this way your Sindhi Koki is ready.
